KCA has a multi-step application process that is designed to help both families and the school determine alignment: that is, to help us work together for the education of your student(s). Take a look at the steps below, and then fill out an interest form to get started today!

1. INTEREST FORM | Let us know you're interested by filling out our 2025-2026 Interest Form!

2. TOUR | Seeing the school in person is an essential opportunity for you to ask questions, observe classrooms, and begin to decide if your family aligns with the values and distinctives of KCA. Our admissions team will follow up with you to schedule a visit after you submit the interest form.

3. KCA APPLICATION | After your tour, you'll fill out an application for your student. This is another opportunity for you to share with us why your family wants to partner with KCA.

4. INTERVIEW | After the admissions team reviews your application, we'll reach out to schedule an interview where we can share more about KCA and work together to determine if your family is aligned with KCA's values and processes.

5. STUDENT ASSESSMENT | Along with the interview, we'll schedule a time to assess what grade will be the best fit for your student, academically and socially.

6. VOUCHER APPLICATION* | KCA participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). This program allows qualifying families to attend KCA tuition-free. In order to qualify for the voucher program, families must meet the following requirements:
-
Residency in Wisconsin
-
Household income must be below a certain level; details for Kenosha residents are provided here (Table 2)
-
Note: The voucher application and supporting documentation must be submitted during the WI Choice application period beginning February 2025.

*Part of the beauty of KCA is how it brings together people of different backgrounds. If you do not meet the income criteria for the voucher, you can still apply for your student to attend KCA. We are looking for families who align with KCA’s mission in creating an economically-diverse community. If you are interested in more information regarding tuition costs, please reach out to admissions@kca.school.
